Food Analysis Report - Costs, Instructions & an Example

Cost of Food Intake Analysis Reports:

As we offer so may variables for each persons analysis (you can request a variety of nutrients specific to your needs) the price may vary slightly from those listed below.

The standard prices are as follows:

  1. A 1 day report: £ 5.99
  2. A 3 day Report: £ 9.99
  3. A 7 day Report: £ 15.99

Instructions:

  1. Print off and fill in the Customer Details Form - click here for the form.
  2. Print off the Customer Daily Food Log Form - click here for the form.
  3. You need a new Customer Daily Food Log Form for every day you want analysed.
    Supply as much detail as possible for the food items you record. See below for an example.
    Make sure to weight the food items and to include BRAND NAMES of items wherever possible .
    Remember to include teaspoons of sugar and amount of milk used in tea & coffee.
    Also log the amount and type of alcohol you consume.
  4. When you have completed the Customer Daily Food Log Form's for 1, 3 or 7 days, post them and the Customer Details Form back to us with payment using a *Cheque, Postal Orders or your Card details - click here for our address & details.
  5. We will analyse your Daily Food Log Forms and post you a Report.

* If you pay by cheque, we have to wait for it to clear before posting your Report to you - see our Terms page.

Example of how to fill in your Daily Log Form:

Breakfast:

  • 1 cup tea, 1tsp white sugar & some full cream milk.
  • 50g corn flakes, 1 cup skimmed milk, 2 tsp white sugar.
  • 1 tub (125g) low fat fruit yoghurt (BRAND NAME if possible)

Morning Snack 1:

  • 2 cups coffee, 2 tsp brown sugar, 20ml semi skimmed milk per cup of coffee
  • 1 chocolate muffin (200g, BRAND NAME if possible)

Lunch:

  • Tuna sandwich, white bread with mayonnaise
  • 1 small banana, very ripe
  • 1 can coke
  • 1 cappuccino, 2 sachets white sugar
  • 1 small chocolate bar (50g & BRAND NAME if possible) etc.

Complete your Log for all the Meals in the above format.

Example of how to log ALCOHOL Intake:

  • 2 shots whiskey
  • 1 pint BRAND NAME beer
  • 1 shot gin with non diet tonic (125ml tonic) etc.

The more detail you supply us on your Daily Logs, the more accurate your Food Intake Analysis will be.
