WHAT SMOKING DOES TO YOUR BODY!

Smoking doesn't just turn your teeth black and give you bad breath – it can also lead to oral cancer. Smoking makes your veins become thinner and eventually cuts off circulation. This can ultimately lead to gangrene in your hands and feet as the blood cant reach them to supply them with enough oxygen.
As your lungs feed the rest of your body with the oxygen it needs to survive, they should be smooth and shiny but smoking turns them black and fills them with tar. This in turn makes tem shrunken and shrivelled.
Blood travels through your body in arteries. Blocking them up with cholesterol may lead to heart disease and a stroke. It is not just fatty food that raises cholesterol levels, smoking does too. A smokers arteries are full of fat.

BACK PAIN
